Triveni Global offers domestic shipping across India to all the pin codes serviced by our logistics partners. In case your location isn’t serviced by our logistics partner, you may choose logistics provider appropriately and confirm to us.
Delivery Time
We endeavour to dispatch the products to you within a span of 3 working days from the receipt of the order and payment, as per the address for delivery. The final delivery period is subject to delivery location, logistic provider, and factor beyond our control such as curfew, lockdown and any natural calamity.
A tracking number will be provided once the consignment is shipped.
Return and Exchange Policy
We aim to create and deliver products for your appreciation and satisfaction however return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. All refund and replacement requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
Damaged Delivery
Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. You can decline to accept a damaged order and ask the delivery person to return the order.
